People Max® goes Audio Visual!

People Max® was first developed for the Britomart opening in mid 2003. The Auckland Regional Council was having difficulty communicating public transport changes to the public using traditional mass communication methods. Thinking outside the box, it seemed the only way to guarantee commuters understood the messages was to put a person at every location. With this solution, People Max® was born. These interactive, intelligent, and helpful human information kiosks played a key role in the successful communication of these unprecedented public transport changes in central Auckland. Since Britomart, People Max® has been developed to handle all sorts of public communication for the Auckland Regional Transport Authority (ARTA). We have communicated new public transport services, station openings and closures, replacement and temporary services, and safety issues. PeopleMax also collects data and conducts surveys for various ARTA projects.

People Max® has continued to grow into different communication roles, and now does a variety of promotional projects for our clients. For example we have promoted Auckland Max Magazine, Air New Zealand, Sky Metro, Lion Red, Guinness, and has even supplied fun characters like Santa, the Easter Bunny, and Winnie the Pooh.

Recently People Max® has started to solve our client’s human resource problems further, by supplying short term staff when required. We have supplied retail assistants, stock dispatchers, accounts staff, and even website designers. This gives us even more opportunities to let our database of communicators show their full potential.

Training:
With your specifications, we will brief the team and organise the necessary resources (such as uniforms and pamphlets).

Communication & management:
