I just thought I would drop you a line, to say how impressed I was with the staff on site at Britomart. Especially the security guards and also the people in white.

My husband and family caught the train on Saturday and because I had a pram and there were no lifts, I was surrounded by security guards and staff in white, offering to help me up the stairs with my pram. Even on the way back from my shopping the same thing happened. I was absolutely gob smacked and very appreciative. As people take time out in their busy lives to complain, I thought I would take the time to praise.

“The overall objective for this campaign was to provide ambassadors at the payment kiosks to educate the public on how to use the new toll road and to advise them on the various payment options. The number of people still choosing to use the manual payment machines meant that we had a huge educational job to do to promote the website and free phone methods of payment.
